The group Cheminées Poujoulat created a new subsidiary company, Euro Energies, specialized in the marketing of pellet and densified wood logs with high energy efficiencies. Intended for the supply heating appliances for wood (closed boilers, stoves, hearths and inserts), the fuels Euro Energies are distributed under the marks Woodstock wood energies and Crépito.

The company has three main aims: to be a leader on all the market segments in the field of high efficiencies combustible wood, to be driving development of the biomass energy in France and finally, to be the reference in terms of innovation and quality.

With more than 130 employees and 15 million euros of turnover, Beirens is leader in the market of free standing steel chimneys, that can be used for large commercial boilers, district heating schemes, industrial processes, CHP and the generator flues.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience built up over the last 30 years, in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of made to measure, freestanding chimneys, the company is second to none when providing chimney and flues for all types of applications: generators, silencers for the acoustic treatment, dynamic vibration shock absorbers for the treatment of vibration, standardized equipment, chimney installations for energy production and large biomass plant and boilers.

Member of the group Poujoulat Cheminées since 2001, Beirens has several thousands of references around the world, in all branches of industry. The company works in close cooperation with the main contractors in the market today.

Member of the group Poujoulat Cheminées since 1996, WESTAFLEX conceives, manufactures and markets a range of flexible flues and accessories for air, gas and smoke. Due to 40 years of experience and thanks to the capacity and technicality of the factory at Tourcoing, WESTAFLEX is able to provide a wide range of solutions by offering products of different technologies, adapted to each requirement. This challenge involves WESTAFLEX in the permanent search of new products and new technologies, with the insurance of their excellence in quality.

Today, servicing our customers, there are 60 customer service employees, including 9 technical‐sales representatives, bringing the best solution adapted to their customer needs. The company has two distribution depots: The Relays Services of Lyon (69), Vitry (94), and since june 2008, Tourcoing (59).

Integrated into the Poujoulat group since 1994, Tôlerie-Forezienne cultivates a quite particular specialty. In parallel to its principal production of components for the Poujoulat group, Tôlerie-Forezienne has developed actively in subcontracting on a business to business basis. Specialist in cutting, folding and the assembly of sheet metal products, it works in collaboration with a large range of branches of industry, including agriculture and food, medical, construction and even design.

With more than 60 employees on a surface of more than 5.700 m² and 3 quays of forwarding, Tôlerie-Forezienne is able to bring an effective technical answer whatever the type of project: cut out “punching” or laser, folding, rolling, assembly and finishes.
