New "CONFORT +" warm air distribution system

The Confort + warm air distribution system can only be fitted to chimneys featuring a log insert where smoke is expelled via a connecting flue pipe and an insulated POUJOULAT flue pipe.

The CONFORT + system has passed the rigorous tests conducted by CERIC, the research and test laboratory for the chimney and flue industry.

The COMFORT + system works under pressure (regular pulses of regular air). The EXTRA motor (output of 250m³/h to 500m³/h) is installed in the attic and draws air from the room where the fireplace is installed. This air is then passed through a distribution box situated in the extension of the insulated flue pipe. The air is warmed through contact with the interior wall of the distribution box and is diffused into the distribution network via the blower outlets.

Installation of the COMFORT + system should consistently plan for a distribution box selected according to the diameter of the insulated flue pipe and the motor model. Installation must be undertaken by a professional.

EXTRA ventilation motor
(output of 250m³/h to 500m³/h)

All of Poujoulat's ventilation motors are equipped with a dampener located beneath the unit to absorb vibrations and eliminate noise. They are ventilated on all sides by a cooling fan.

Exchanger pack

The exchanger pack comprises:
- The exchanger selected according to the diameter of the Poujoulat insulated flue pipe
- The air blowers, adapted to the diameter of the system selected
- The vent casing to allow for positioning of the vent

Switch (optional)

The switch positioned beside the ventilation facilitates use of the system, allowing for more precise control.
