Smoke exhaust system
for gas boilers installed in cascade
The cascade system developed by Poujoulat is a technical solution for the smoke exhaust of gas boilers installed in line or back-to-back. This range is adapted for the boiler connection and for building a header.
This system is perfectly water and pressure tight thanks to its silicone lip seal installed on-site.
This system has been developed to optimize the appliances ‘efficiency significant fuel saving and complies with the new building regulations.
When using the anti back draught valve at the boiler’s outlet, the diameter of the installation can be reduced.

The Cascade System is made out of 316L stainless steel and seam-welded. This system is perfectly water and pressure tight thanks to its silicone lip seal installed on-site.
Kits for two boilers composed of :
- two 135° tees (T branch in diameter 110 mm)
- two 90° vertically adjustable elbows
- a side drain plug
- a siphon with liner
- a 30 ml silicone grease
- smoke test included
In this kit, the distance in between the boilers can be adjusted from 48 to 58 cm.
Kit for additional boiler composed of :
- a 135° tee (with T branch in diameter 110 mm)
- a 90° vertically adjustable elbow
- smoke test included
